Dulquer Salmaan has turned singer for his Tamil film, Hey Sinamika. He has lent his vocals for a fun track composed by Govind Vasantha.Taking to Instagram, Dulquer wrote, ‘Got my Vishu Kani and Kaineettam from someone I consider one of my gurus. My dearest Brinda master. Happy Vishu Everyone! Sang for the first time in tamizh for our beloved film #HeySinamika !! Itās a super cool and fun track! Govindās epic music, Madan sirs soulful lyrics & Brinda masters brilliant direction and choreo! Truly blessed to get a song like this. Cannot wait for you all to watch the song as well as the film. Itās a film very very close to my heart (sic).’
The film’s story is about how a couple, played by Dulquer and Aditi, go through separation when she has had enough from her stay-at-home husband.Ā The shooting of the film has been wrapped upĀ and is currently in the post-production phase. Hey Sinamika is expected to hit the theatres later this year.
