He emphasized that Chennai has always been a nurturing city, offering opportunities and a new lease on life to many.
“Chennai is not just a piece of land, but the lifeblood of every individual residing here. Like a mother, Chennai opens her arms wide to offer comfort and opportunities to all who come seeking a better life. This city of Chennai is our symbol of equality, a place where dreams are turned into successful stories.
