If you’re looking for a quick, flavorful snack or a unique appetizer for your next party, Mini Shabbir Sliders offer a delightful blend of classic Indian flavors in a modern, convenient form. These sliders combine soft pav, a spicy dal paste, a fluffy omelet, and fresh veggies, making them both satisfying and packed with layers of taste.
Ingredients:
1 pack of Modern Wow Pav
2 eggs
1/2 cup cooked and cooled dal (spiced and thick)
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for cooking
Instructions:
Prepare the Omelette: Whisk two eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook the eggs to form a thin omelette. Flip once to ensure even cooking on both sides.
Slice the Pav: Take each pav from the pack and slice it horizontally to create a sandwich base.
Assemble the Sliders:
Spread a layer of spiced dal paste on the bottom half of each pav.
Place the omelette on top of the dal, folding or cutting it to fit the size.
Add fresh slices of tomato and onion.
Sprinkle chaat masala and red chili powder over the veggies for extra flavor.
Spread mayonnaise on the top half of the pav and close the slider.
Serve Immediately: These sliders are best served warm, fresh from the kitchen, so the pav stays soft and the flavors remain vibrant.
The Mini Shabbir Sliders are perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a fusion of textures and flavors, making them a hit for casual bites or parties.
