He expressed concern that the BJP’s influence could adversely affect the AIADMK’s standing.Thirumavalavan highlighted his past cordial relationship with former Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa, claiming she regarded him as a “brother.” He suggested that there are internal doubts within the AIADMK regarding their alliance decision, and that leader Edappadi Palaniswami (EPS) might be unaware of the potential harm the BJP could inflict.
