Chennai: DMK cadres who have come from outside Chennai to know about the health condition of their leader, M Karunanidhi, who is hospitailsed, have been urged to leave for their hometowns.
Speaking at the Kauvery Hospital complex in Alwarpet, DMK MP and Karunanidhi’s daughter Kanimozhi urged the party cadres who have come from other parts of Tamilnadu to return home.
She said as Karunanidhi’s condition was stable, the party cadres can return home.
According to the doctors at Kauvery Hospital, Karunanidhi would need
extended hospitalisation given his age-related health condition. So, Kanimozhi has asked the outstation party cadres to go back home.
