Grundfos, one of the world’s leading companies in energy-efficient water solutions, has launched the Grundfos Intelligent Experience Centre (GIEC) in Chennai.

The centre marks a significant milestone in the company’s efforts to promote innovation, sustainability and customer-centric transformation across the water ecosystem in India.

Designed as an immersive and state-of-the-art demonstration hub, the Grundfos Intelligent Experience Centre showcases the entire journey of water—from intake and treatment to distribution, industrial processing, cooling, wastewater transfer and reuse.

The facility highlights how the company’s advanced pumps, digital solutions, smart controllers and monitoring technologies help improve efficiency, resilience and sustainability across various sectors including industries, commercial buildings, utilities and residential spaces.

According to the company, the centre will serve as a strategic experience hub for India and the wider region, providing a platform for live demonstrations, solution mapping, customer engagement and knowledge exchange across the water management sector.

By simulating real-world water flows across industries, commercial buildings, domestic buildings and water utilities, the centre enables visitors to see how intelligent water solutions can improve reliability, reduce operational costs and enhance overall efficiency.
