Jammu:
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expanded his Cabinet on Tuesday by inducting four ministers from the Kashmir Valley, triggering discontent within the ruling alliance and criticism from the BJP.
The expansion has reportedly raised concerns over regional and cultural representation within the government. The BJP criticised the ruling alliance over what it described as an imbalance, while the induction of new faces also triggered dissatisfaction within the political camp. The Cabinet reshuffle comes amid continuing political debate over representation and governance in the Union Territory.
