Chennai: A complaint was lodged with the city police by a High Court Advocate, Vatsala (29) claiming that an unknown person had stolen an iPhone from her residence at Ice House yesterday.
According to police, Vatsala was sleeping in her room with the main door open last night. The phone which was left on a table in the hall went missing.
Meanwhile, in another case, a burglary attempt was made on a photo studio. Sriram, a resident of Madaveli, lodged a police complaint that his shop was shut on Saturday and Sunday.
This morning he found the locks of the shutter broken. However, he has not reported any losses.
