Nani’s HIT: The Third Case set for May 1 release

A grand press meet was held in Chennai to promote HIT: The Third Case, the much-anticipated thriller starring Nani and directed by Sailesh Kolanu. Produced by Wall Poster Cinema and Unanimous Productions, the film is set to hit screens worldwide on May 1 in multiple Indian languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The Tamil version will be distributed by Cinemakaran.
Speaking at the event, Nani expressed his deep affection for Tamil Nadu and its fans. “Every time I visit Chennai, it feels like coming home,” he said, adding that he’s working on speaking in Tamil fluently. He called the film a standalone experience, different in story and style from the earlier two HIT films. “This is not just a movie—it’s an experience. It’s a high-quality investigative thriller that offers something fresh to the audience,” he emphasized.
Actress Sreeleela Shetty, who plays the female lead, shared her excitement about debuting in Telugu cinema with HIT 3. “Working with Nani was a dream come true,” she said, recalling how she used to be a fan of his during her college days. The actress, known for her roles in KGF and Cobra, praised the film’s making and urged audiences to catch it in theatres.
Cinemakaran’s distributor Vinoth Kumar, who is bringing the film to Tamil audiences, highlighted his long-standing connection with the HIT franchise and his excitement about distributing a Nani-starrer. He expressed confidence in the film’s success, crediting the cast, crew, and technicians for their top-notch work.
