NEW DELHI:
The Indian Navy is set to induct or commission 18 warships during 2026, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said.
Addressing the Navy’s Commanders’ Conference in New Delhi, Singh described the year as a significant phase in the expansion of the country’s maritime capabilities.
The planned inductions will mark one of the largest single-year additions to the Navy’s fleet.
