Actor Vijay Sethupathi has unveiled the character introduction visuals of Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhakku, directed by Dayazh Padmanabhan, offering a gripping first glimpse into the film’s dark and intense narrative.
The 1-minute-27-second video showcases key characters framed behind prison bars, setting a brooding tone and hinting at a story layered with emotion and complexity. The raw visual treatment and striking imagery suggest a hard-hitting crime drama that delves deep into human conflicts.
The film features Vetri, known for Jiivi, as Arivumathi, alongside Rangaraj Pandey as Sivanandham, Brigida Saga as Mallika, Saravanan as Sargunam, and Maaran as Murthi, supported by a strong ensemble cast.
The visuals are further enhanced by a powerful background score composed by Darbuka Siva. The film is produced by K. V. Shabarreesh under the banner 2M Cinemas, with co-production by director Dayazh Padmanabhan for D Pictures.
Shot extensively in and around Chennai, the film has completed production and is currently in post-production. Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhakku is now nearing completion, with expectations building around its release.
