With everything opening once again after the pandemic era, the film industry has been buzzing with events. And amongst them was the 8th edition of the AspiringShe Women Summit 2022. This is the years second successful event that was organized by the AspiringShe founder Saumyata Tiwari.

The successful event was held in Mumbai with Smita Thackeray as the chief guest and Kavin Shah as the guest of honour.

Talking about the summit, Saumyata says, ‘I thank the entire team who made this event not just successful, but also possible. My sincere gratitude to Smitaji and Kavinji for gracing the function with their presence. After the pandemic it feels great to be organizing such amazing awards and the celebrities who joined us today in celebrating women power only made the summit special. I am very happy the way things are opening up and I hope this continues.’

The AspiringShe Summit 2022 was a celebration to recognize women from various fields along with an interesting panel discussion hosted by the founder of AspiringShe, Saumyata Tiwari with Nikita Rawal, Alankrita Sahai, Shraddha Salla, Anjana Padnabhan, Rekha Khan, Nabomita Mazumdar and Krupa Shah.

The show also awarded personalities who have excelled in the field of entertainment, social work, philanthropy, etc. They were Sneha Wagh, Rakhi Sawant, Ashnoor Kaur, Pavitra Punia, Richa Anirudh, Daljeet Kaur, Jasleen Matharu, Chahatt Khanna, Alankrita Sahai, Melvin Louis, Rekha Khan, Erica Fernanades, and Tina Datta.

Social workers & philanthropists like Dr Nandini Gupta, Rajahree Bolke also received an award. Spiritual healer, Sheetal Haria was honoured for her contribution to spritiual support to women.
