The cast and crew of Tourist Family came together for a joyous success meet that felt more like a thanksgiving gathering. The family entertainer, which has emerged as a surprise box office winner, was celebrated for its emotional depth, collaborative spirit, and powerful performances.Music director Sean Roldan, who composed for the film, expressed gratitude to the media for championing good cinema. âWhen a film is honest, the media ensures it reaches the people. I’m thankful for that,â he said. Acknowledging his team, he added, âI owe it all to my assistants â especially Sabari and Ashwin. This film was made with love, and it shows.â He praised debut director Abishan Jeevinth for delivering such a mature film with an experienced cast and called it an honour to compose for a project that featured legend Simran. He also remarked that the film brought much-deserved recognition to Sasikumar.

I’ve been in this industry for 30 years, and Sasikumar was so kindâhe even taught me Sri Lankan Tamil along with the director. Sean Roldan is truly the soul of this film,â she said.
Actor Sasikumar, visibly humbled by the filmâs success, called the event a âthanksgiving meet.â âAfter many years, I feel like Iâve had a true victory. But this isnât my win alone â this is a win for those who have faced failures and needed hope,â he said. He revealed that Tourist Family surpassed the collections of his past hits Kutti Puli and Sundarapandian. He also spoke fondly of Simran, stating, âWe all agreed that she must be treated like a queen â for all that she has done for Tamil cinema, and I hope we did just that.â
