Walt Disney Animation Studios is all set to return to the bustling animal metropolis with Zootopia 2, the much-anticipated sequel to the Oscar-winning 2016 hit. The new installment, directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, reunites fans with their favorite rookie cops Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, voiced once again by Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman.Following their triumph in cracking the biggest case in Zootopiaâs history, Judy and Nick find themselves facing unexpected turbulence in their partnership. Under orders from Chief Bogo (voiced by Idris Elba), they are enrolled in the Partners in Crisis counseling program. But just as they begin their sessions, a venomous snake slithers into townâlaunching the duo into a twisting new mystery that challenges not only their investigative skills but the very core of their friendship.
Joining the world of Zootopia are exciting new characters: Gary DeâSnake, voiced by Oscar-winner Ke Huy Quan; the quirky Nibbles, brought to life by Fortune Feimster; and the well-meaning quokka therapist Dr. Fuzzby, voiced by Quinta Brunson. These new faces blend seamlessly with the returning ensemble, adding fresh dynamics and comic energy to the narrative.
