Israel has intensified its military campaign against Iran, launching a new wave of airstrikes on Iranian targets, including reported hits on nuclear and weapons production facilities and other strategic military sites.
Iranian state media confirmed that nuclear‑related sites such as the Shahid Khondab Heavy Water Complex in Arak and the Ardakan uranium facility were struck, though no casualties or radioactive incidents were immediately reported. Iran’s side has also faced attacks on weapon production and storage facilities in Tehran and western regions.
The escalation comes amid little sign of progress in diplomatic efforts, with international talks and negotiated ceasefire attempts failing to deliver a breakthrough.
