Chennai: To commemorate the 75 th Independence Day of India, the entire doctorsā team and all the staffs of Gem Hospital have pledged to donate their organs.
The cause was initiated in the presence of Dr Sunil Shroff, founder and managing trustee,Ā Mohan Foundation, a non-governmental organisation started to promote organ donation in India.
Dr C Palanivelu, founder and chairman, Gem Hospitals said, “A public campaign to raise awareness on organ donation, which is a priceless gift of life for someone in emergency, is always high on our agenda.”
