Expelled AIADMK leader O Panneerselvam has made it clear that he harbors no intentions of launching a new political party. Instead, he is strategically working to seize control of the AIADMK, as indicated in his recent address to supporters before commencing a statewide campaign from Coimbatore.Panneerselvam emphasised the potential negative repercussions of forming a new party, citing concerns related to the ongoing legal battle over the AIADMK’s Two Leaves symbol.
