AIADMK cadres gathered in large numbers in the city for the AIADMK GC Meet have accorded a grand welcome to Edappadi K Palaniswami.
EPS who would be elected as single leader of the party in the meet (to be held subjected to HC nod) left his Greenways Road residence this morning. He was received by supporters who gathered on either side of the road.
Meanwhile banners and festoons have been erected at the venue where the meet would be held hailing EPS. No pictures of O Pannerselvam could be seen in the vicinity.
Leaders and district secretaries of the AIADMK have already reached the venue. All arrangements are in place. Meanwhile cops have been deployed in large numbers to maintain vigil.
