Takahashi Muneo, Consul General of Japan in Chennai, alongside Dr. B. Chandra Mohan, Principal Secretary to the Government for Tourism, Culture, and Religious Endowments, inaugurated the “Ningyo: Art and Beauty of Japanese Dolls” exhibition at the Contemporary Art Gallery, Government Museum.
