TN registration dept transfers DIG-level officials

Chennai, June 3:

The Commercial Taxes and Registration Department has ordered the transfer of four Deputy Inspector General (DIG)-level officials in the Registration Department.
According to an order issued by department secretary Kumaragurubaran, Arulsamy, who was serving as DIG of Registration in Vellore, has been appointed as Personal Assistant (General) to the Inspector General of Registration.
Manjula, Director of the Registration Department Training Institute in Chennai, has been posted as DIG of Registration, Chengalpattu.
The reshuffle is part of routine administrative changes aimed at improving departmental efficiency.
